Absolutely amazing experience at the Coventry Room from start to finish! Gretchen, the owner, was an absolute pleasure to work with—so helpful, organized, and attentive throughout the entire process. Everything was perfectly set up and ready to go on the day of the event, and she was always nearby if we needed anything during the party. The space itself is BEAUTIFUL—from the high ceilings to the chairs and even the bathrooms. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed and well cared for. If you’re planning a baby shower, bridal shower, or any family gathering, I highly recommend the Coventry Room. You’ll be in great hands! ❤️❤️

I ordered a bouquet from The Coventry Room for my friend's graduation, and I’m so happy with how it turned out! Gretchen really took the time to understand what I wanted and created a stunning bouquet. I wasn’t sure what flowers would be best, but she made sure it was perfect for the occasion. She explained that the yellow roses symbolized friendship and the purple irises stood for achievement. The mix of flowers looked amazing together, and the delicate filler flowers added a nice touch. The flowers were fresh. My friend loved the bouquet, and it made the day even more special. Gretchen truly knows her craft and has a knack for creating beautiful, meaningful arrangements that go beyond just flowers. I will definitely be returning for all future floral needs! Our company recently hosted an event at The Coventry Room, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The venue was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had just the right balance of warmth and professionalism — perfect for a corporate gathering. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail was taken care of, from arranging the tables exactly to our needs to checking in regularly to ensure everything was running smoothly. The AV setup worked flawlessly, and the adjustable lighting made it easy to shift from a formal presentation to a more relaxed networking atmosphere. Our team especially appreciated the convenient location in Keller Station with plenty of parking for our guests. Many attendees commented on how comfortable the space felt and how seamlessly the event flowed. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting — we’ll definitely be coming back for future company events!

I was referred to The Coventry Room by numerous friends when I was looking for a housewarming bouquet last week. I did not know exactly what I wanted, but told Gretchen over the phone what my friend’s favorite colors were and that I wanted it mostly light purple with other light colors. Gretchen listened so sweetly to all that I requested. She immediately understood it. When the spray was delivered, it was absolutely beautiful. Everyone commented on it and how pretty it was. The Coventry Room has gained a customer forever. If I need flowers for any reason at all I will always order from The Coventry Room. Thank you so much to everyone who helped build this and to Gretchen for her customer service and for getting it perfect for my friend.
